The Village Post is where you can stay in the know about all things dcf!
For Advent this year dcf will be providing a devotional liturgy with readings and activities you can do at home each Sunday of Advent. These liturgies will be emailed to everyone. If you want to participate in the activities you will need access to a printer. If you do not have access please let Julie know and she will put together a packet for you and get it to you somehow.

Our first in-person event will be Sunday, December 6 at 2pm. Lessons and Carols is a special dcf tradition so we hope to see everyone there! We will meet outside in a large white banquet tent at a church in Pendleton (Christ the Redeemer). In order to make people feel comfortable we will sit spaced out and wear masks upon arrival and departure. For more information contact Monica at perez.mlp@gmail.com.

At dcf we like to talk about how to steward all our time, talent and treasure towards the work of God in our community and world. Each and every person who contributes financially to dcf is providing a vital framework in which the dcf leadership can make ministry decisions. Every contribution and effort of fundraising is directly related to the future shape of the dcf community. Thank you in advance for all the ways you invest in and support dcf.

The dcf elders have made the decision to gather virtually every Sunday morning at 10am on Zoom for the 2020 Fall Semester. Here we engage in some familiar dcf rhythms, brief teaching and breakout groups. This virtual gathering is open and available to anyone so YOU ARE ALL WELCOME!!!
All dcfkids are invited to meet at 9:30am! This brief zoom meeting is a time to connect to each other, dance to worship music, share about your week, play a game and learn a Bible Story.
