The November service project will be a meal for Our Daily Rest as well as collecting coats and other non-perishable items to those staying at the shelter currently. For Advent this year dcf will be providing a family devotional packet with reading and activities you can do at home each Sunday of Advent. You will need some kind of Advent wreath and candles. This is your reminder to get those supplies made, ordered, borrowed, whatever. We will be compiling photos and videos of people’s experiences over the whole Advent season.

We will be doing a community art project together. This will involve coloring a coloring sheet over the course of Advent and sharing it with each other at the virtual gathering on Sunday Dec 20. For more information contact clemsondcf@gmail.com or Julie at 864.280.4763.

This past Sunday, Michael Schreuder shared a financial update and this snapshot of were our current financial numbers are. Let’s all praise the Lord together for the provision we have received! These savings will be used towards in-person gathering locations dcf will be renting in the Spring.

Michael also reminded us that the budget was only set for the first half of the year and Darren, Sara and himself will be meeting again to discuss the next half of the year. For more details and with any questions, contact Michael at michaelschreuder14@gmail.com.

There are locations in Salem, North Anderson, Pendleton and Central.

Each house church will meet either in-person, virtual or a hybrid and is the BEST place for you to develop deeper relationships and grow spiritually.

The dcf elders have made the decision to gather virtually every Sunday morning at 10am on Zoom for the 2020 Fall Semester. Here we engage in some familiar dcf rhythms, brief teaching and breakout groups. This virtual gathering is open and available to anyone so YOU ARE ALL WELCOME!!!
